Even with the highest quality feedstuffs, there are always
nutrients that do not get digested. Since these undigested
nutrients provide no benefit to the animal or the rumen microbes
they are simply a wasted expense. BovaZyme™ is a feed enzyme
additive which breaks down undigested nutrients from feed rations,
making use out of the usually wasted nutrients remaining from even
the highest quality feedstuffs. We have found that all herds
are able to pay for the additive with cost savings from decreased
protein in their rations. Any performance response in the
herds is all profit.
Some highlights from a trial performed by T.K. Miller-Webster and
W. H Hoover of West Virginia University, include:

These results have allowed consultants to reduce protein feeding
levels to 15.5% of dry matter basis.The goal of BovaZyme™ is to enzymatically break down these
otherwise wasted nutrients, and make them available for further
